<We will be intriducing an eCommerce compliant site in November 2009 - watch this space!>

Our wine is available only through the cellar door or via direct order.  At this stage we haven’t implemented an eCommerce capability, but we think you will find the following process both easy and secure.

Step 1. Download the Price List and Order Form.

To order wine now, please download and review our price list.  Wines are shipped in cartons of 1 dozen bottles, so the minimum order via the internet is 12 bottles. Mixed cases of 12 different bottles are also easy for us to make up – please indicate the number of bottles of each wine required, so that they add up to 12 bottles or multiples of 12. Naturally we would be delighted to supply multiple dozen orders! The more you buy, the more discount is offered.

Over 3 cases or wholesale interest? Please call the vineyard for your special arrangement.

Step 2. Choose your delivery option.

Then choose how you want the wine delivered. We offer two choices – we can ship it via FASTWAY Couriers to your home or office address, provided there is someone to receive it who is over 18 years old, or we can hold it for you in our cellar until your next visit to the Hunter, when you can visit our cellar and pick up your pre-packed wine. There is a small delivery charge for the courier – please add this to the invoice total.

Step 3. Choose payment option.

Then choose your payment option. If you subscribe to internet banking, you can pay for your wine by making a direct transfer to our bank account. Otherwise, please include your MasterCard, AMEX or Visa details on the form, or send us a cheque for the total costs. We will dispatch the wine when we receive payment.

We will advise you by email of the shipping date and consignment number of the wine. We both can track delivery through the courier system, so you will always know where your wine is. Any damaged wine will be replaced at no cost.

Step 4. Confirm your order.

Then place your order:

-          by faxing the completed form to us on (02) 6574 7375

-          by calling us at the vineyard and ordering over the telephone

-          by emailing a scanned image of your order back to wines@wombatcrossing.net
